Each color in your design requires its own screen, setup, and alignment — even before the first shirt is printed. So a 3-color front and 2-color back? That’s 5 screens total. Setup is the most time-intensive part, not the printing itself. Once we’re set up, our automatic press can print up to 360 shirts an hour.
